Directions for Use

Step 1: Peel off sticker from sheet corresponding to the product's life. Guidelines for product life are listed on each sticker sheet.

Step 2: Apply sticker directly to item. For best results, adhere to clean, dry surface on an area where product is not frequently handled.

Step 3: Use a permanent marker to write in the date of first use.

Step 4: Discard the item once it has expired.
